The Nobel Peace Prize 2019
On October 11, 2019 the Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Dr. Abiy Ahmed, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his tireless work in promoting dialogue and peaceful cooperation in the region, particularly in the context of the peace agreement concluded with Eritrea last year.
